Aviv Upperton was founded by two highly experienced real estate entrepreneurs Adv. Ronen Gafniel PhD (Investor, and real estate developer), and Mr. Joseph Zarzewsky LLM (Investor, and board Board member, and Chairman of listed companies in Israel and the USA).
Both founding partners have an extensive track record in international real estate and the UK in particular.
Aviv Upperton Ltd, which is owned by its founders (Mr. Gafniel and Mr. Zarzewsky), was created to focus on investments in the UK property market, especially property in London and its surrounding areas, for improvement and development.

Adv. Ronen Gafniel PhD
Cofounder
Ronen is a real estate advocate and active in the real estate markets since the 1990s.
Ronen has extensive experience in the real estate markets in Israel and Europe for the past 25 years. During the years Ronen has established a joint venture (50% - 50%) with one of the largest institutional companies in Israel (“The JV”) to cooperate in initiating and investing in real estate projects and properties in Europe.
Ronen holds Adv and Ph.D. from Bar Ilan University.
Mr. Joseph Zarzewsky LLM
Cofounder
Joseph is an investor in real estate projects with over 30 years of financial and organizational management experience.
Joseph is currently the Economic Advisor to the Harbin City Government, Chairman of the Investment Committee for Harbin Israel Investment Company and Honorary Citizen of Harbin.
Board member of several listed companies in Israel and USA, among is a leading investment house underwriter listed company (Excellence).
Joseph holds an L.L.M degree in commercial law from Tel Aviv university and Berklee university (USA).
Yaniv Huberman
Senior Analyst and Project Manager
Yaniv has served in the roles of senior analyst and project manager . Yaniv has experience in overseas real estate investment analysis, commercial and mixed–use schemes, property development, due diligence and real estate management. Yaniv holds a BA in Economics from Reichman university.
Yehuda Wittenberg
Aviv Group Director
Yehuda is a former investment banking IT and Business analyst with Credit Suisse and Barclays and has been active in real estate - commercial property investment syndication - since 2015. Yehuda is based in London.
Yehuda holds a degree in computer science from Imperial College, London.
Gil Levy
Project & Planning Manager
Gil is based in London and has been involved in real estate initiatives for more than 30 years. Mr. Levy has extensive experience in prime central London residential, commercial and mixed–use schemes and property development. Directly manage the acquisition of properties in partnership with financial entities and strategic partners.
Jonathan Fleischer
Senior Analyst
Jonathan's core skills are real estate investment analysis, due diligence, and preparation of management reports.
Jonathan is a student of LL.B in Law and B.A in Business Administration specializing in finance at Reichman University, Israel.
David Belovski
Project Operations Manager
David oversees the operations in Aviv Group. He has extensive experience in people management, logistics, as well as troubleshooting.
David is an excellent communicator and has a track record of working closely with a wide range of stakeholders throughout each project from inception until completion. David is based in London.

Compass House
Conversion Development - Compass House, 207 London Road Camberley Surrey GU15 3EY - 4 story Office building.
Was converted into residential use including the construction of an additional floor. PD/Full Planning for 50 Apartments.
The construction was completed in December 2021.
Located South West of London.
Krome House
Conversion Development – Krome House, 244 -256 Station Road, Addlestone, KT15 2PS - 3 story Office building converted into residential use.
Development is permitted for 39 units 37 x 1 bed + 2 x Studio with 2,000 sqft of A1 Retail unit on the ground floor level. Potential to build an additional floor on the roof.
Construction was completed in the first half of 2023.
Located South of Chertsey in Surrey.
Thornton Heath
Conversion Development – 797 London Road, Thornton Heath, Surrey, CR7 6AW - 5 story Office building.
The building was converted into residential use under the granted PD/Full Planning for 101 residential units.
Construction was completed in the first half of 2023.

6 Breams Buildings
Conversion Development – 6 Bream's Buildings Holborn, London EC4A 1QL UK.
Existing B1 office providing 4,838 SQF (449.5 SQM) GIA over lower ground, ground, and three upper floors.
Granted planning permission to convert into residential use and to add fourth and fifth new floors with a roof terrace for a total of 6,733 sqft.
Currently under construction/conversion into residential use.
Construction is scheduled for completion in 2024.
Lupin House

A former College building.
We plan to bring the building back to ‘life’ from its current vacant position, delivering a mixed-use regeneration scheme which seeks to develop the site and to utilize the redundant area of empty site to the rear.
